Headquartered in Greenville, SC, Telecom Solutions, LLC was founded with the intent of helping businesses find the right telecom service provider to best suit their businesses needs without bias as to what provider is chosen. We represent over 30 of the nations top telecommunications service providers offering comprehensive local, long distance, data, VoIP, phone systems and all other aspects of business communications. We work for the client, not the carrier.

We are committed to helping our clients make the best possible decision by researching and presenting the most competitive service providers based on each individual companies particular needs and desires. (We may even find that our clients current provider is already offering them the best service at the best cost and recommend no changes at all!)

We are regarded in the telecom industry, as an agent for the carriers and service providers, not a reseller. In other words, we do not private label or re-brand a carrier’s service as our own. We simply act as a sales broker for the service provider, and are trained as an “authorized” sales agent for the provider. Agents sell the same retail products as the carrier’s direct sales forces, but represent a different sales channel.

The primary value of working with an agent such as Telecom Solutions is our capacity to deliver competitive solutions from multiple providers in order to help end users make a better buying decision, and without the end user having to dedicate their valuable time in the research process.
